Victrola Sets Up Shop in Nashville, Names Nicole Marinake Fractional Head of Partnerships, Collaborations and Activations

On the heels of a Third Man Records collaboration and VIP moments with Luke Combs and Jordan Davis, the storied audio brand is planting a flag in Music City — and opening the door to collaborations at the intersection of music and experience.

NASHVILLE, TN — May 5, 2026 — Victrola is plugging in on Music Row. The storied audio brand today announced it is anchoring its partnerships, collaborations, and activations practice in Nashville under the leadership of Nicole Marinake, who joins the team in a fractional role as Head of Partnerships, Collaborations, and Activations through her consultancy, Amplified Ventures.

The move formalizes a partnerships engine that has already been humming. In recent months, Victrola teamed with Jack White's Third Man Records on a fully custom turntable and speaker design, and curated VIP gifting moments with country stars Luke Combs and Jordan Davis. The through-line is the same one Victrola's team lives by: real products and real experiences built by music fans, for music fans — no matter the genre.

“After years working alongside this team, stepping into this fractional role feels less like a new chapter and more like turning up the volume,” said Marinake. “There's real momentum from the Third Man drop and the artist moments we've shipped since, and we're wide open at the intersection of music and the many categories that move alongside it.”

“Victrola has always been rooted in music, but today we are showing up as a lifestyle brand that moves at the speed of culture and lives wherever music is happening,” said Victrola CEO Scott Hagen. “We are not interested in chasing logos for the sake of it. We are building collaborations that are music-first, creatively sharp, and worth paying attention to. The bar is simple. It has to feel real, it has to have energy, and it has to matter to fans. Nashville is a natural place for us to plug into that momentum, and with Nicole leading the charge, we are doubling down on how we create, collaborate, and show up in the world.”

Leveraging experience from previous senior partnerships roles at Sony Music Entertainment and Madison Square Garden Sports & Entertainment, Marinake's focus is clear: collaborations that live at the intersection of music and experience. That includes endemic partners — labels, artists, venues, festivals, and audio-adjacent innovators — as well as lifestyle brands whose ethos fits the Victrola world, from fashion and hospitality to spirits, design, and beyond. From limited-edition product drops and tour moments to festival activations and retail collabs, Marinake and the Victrola team are actively building and open for ideas.
