Bringing Music Home Since 1906

For 120 years, Victrola has helped change the way people experience music. When the Victrola launched in 1906, hearing the music you loved wasn’t as simple as pressing play. You might have to travel to hear it performed, buy the sheet music and play it yourself, or simply wait for the opportunity. Victrola changed that by bringing music out of concert halls, juke joints and theaters and into the average home, making it possible for people to build a personal relationship with the music they loved. Every home with a Victrola became a temple to music, its record collection as individual as the people who built it.

Today, 120 years later, our purpose remains remarkably similar: helping you discover, collect and connect with the music that matters to you, whether you’re buying your first record player, building a serious system or returning to vinyl after years away. A lot has changed since 1906. The power of music hasn’t. Every album has a story. Victrola tells it. Allow us to be a part of yours, too.
