Where can I get a discount code?
Discount codes are not typically available upon request. All offers are subject to eligibility requirements and restrictions.
The best way to receive exclusive discounts is by signing up for our email and SMS communications. You’ll be first to know about new promotions, special offers, and upcoming sales.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
- There are a few common reasons a code may not apply:
- You may not meet the eligibility requirements, such as a minimum order value before taxes.
- The code may be tied to a specific email address and must match the one used at checkout.
- Multiple discounts or promotions cannot usually be combined. The code may have expired.
- Items in your cart may already be discounted or excluded from promotions.
Lost or missing discount codes
If you were expecting a code, check your junk, spam, or promotions folders. In some cases, offers are only sent to eligible accounts.
If you need help, contact our support team. You may be asked to provide a screenshot of the original offer to verify eligibility.
Can I use multiple discount codes or promotions at once?
In most cases, only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order. Occasionally, separate offers for different product categories (such as turntables and vinyl) may be combined. However, multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same item.
Can I use a gift card and a discount code together?
Yes. Gift cards can be used alongside a valid discount code.
I forgot to apply my discount code. What should I do?
Contact our support team. If your code is still valid and eligible, we can apply it as a post-purchase refund. There’s no need to cancel your order.
You may be asked to provide proof of the original offer. If you’re unable to verify the code, the request may not be approved. Please note that orders with an existing discount applied may not be eligible for additional savings.
Why did my discount code expire?
All discount codes are valid for a limited time. Once the expiration date has passed, the code can no longer be used or reissued.
