We currently offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only. At this time, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

• PO Boxes
• International destinations
• APO/FPO addresses

Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing when calculating your estimated delivery date. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Note: Severe weather conditions or carrier delays may impact shipping timelines.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or redirect it to an alternate location.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different warehouse locations. In such cases, tracking information will be provided separately as each item is shipped.

• Albums (Vinyl): Shipped via USPS Media Mail
• All Other Products: Shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
• Cost: Free for all products

Expedited Shipping

• Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
• Albums (Vinyl): Shipped via USPS Priority Mail
• All Other Products: Shipped via UPS 2-Day Air or FedEx 2-Day Air
• Cost: Free for all non-vinyl products; calculated at checkout based on delivery location for vinyl records

Overnight Shipping

• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
• All Products: Shipped via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Next Day Air
• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location
